Performing the following notarial actions: issuing certificates of the right to inheritance; certification of transactions (contracts, wills, powers of attorney, etc.); issuing certificates of ownership of a share in the joint property of spouses (former spouses) based on a joint application or in the event of the death of one of the spouses; issuing duplicates of notarial documents stored in the notary's files; imposing and lifting a ban on the alienation of real estate (property rights to real estate) subject to state registration; certifying the authenticity of copies (photocopies) of documents and extracts from them; certifying the authenticity of signatures on documents; certifying the accuracy of the translation of documents from one language to another; certifying the fact that an individual is alive.
