It was my first visit to a notary, after 8 years of hard work, my dream of buying my own home finally came true. The apartment is small, but in a newly renovated building + for adequate money, the seller said that he has his own notary + had to take 80 % of expenses for re-registration on himself, and this is not a small amount, everything seemed just great, but after consulting with his brother, he insisted on contacting an independent notary with a good reputation, since there are now a lot of scammers. So, on the recommendation of my friend, I found the notary office of Svitlana Yurivna and decided to conduct a transaction there, as she is considered one of the most authoritative lawyers in Ukraine. At first, my seller started to refuse me, arguing that his notary has a discount, and he is not going to take on the services of another office, but as they say, a miser pays twice, so I insisted on getting a notary from Svitlana Yurivna. During the preparation for the agreement, thanks to the vigilance and painstaking work of the notary's team, it turned out that the land on which the house is located is subject to litigation + a number of construction problems.
