It was very pleasant to communicate and negotiate the contract of sale of real estate with notary Iryna Viktorivna Kandyuk. I live in Germany and am a citizen of Germany. All previous communication took place remotely (phone or e-mail). I also sent copies of the necessary documents (I am a seller) by e-mail. The preparation took place promptly, professionally and in a business-like manner, there were no misunderstandings. I only needed to come to Kyiv for the final registration (signing) of the agreement, which took about half an hour. I strongly recommend contacting the notary Mrs. I. V. Kandyuk. I wish Irina Viktorivna great success and well-being.

I really enjoyed working with Iryna Viktorivna. Everything is easy, fast, professional. Made 2 donation contracts at the same time. A week passed from the moment of contacting the notary to the signing of the contracts, although I thought that it would take much longer. I needed a certificate from BTI, it was ordered by Iryna Viktorivna. Answers all questions, always picks up the phone when you call, answers in messengers. It is easy and comfortable to work, a very pleasant person. I am very grateful for such a professional attitude to work.
